中欧数字协会主席鲁乙己与中关村数字文化产业联盟理事长吕本富在北京共同签署备忘录

On June 5, ChinaEU signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Zhongguancun Digital Culture Industry Alliance (中关村数字文化产业联盟) in Beijing, celebrating at the same time the official membership of the Alliance in ChinaEU and the official membership of ChinaEU in the Alliance.

6月5日，中欧数字协会与中关村数字文化产业联盟在北京签署备忘录，并庆祝双方正式成为对方机构的会员。

Set up in 2015 by several organizations from the cultural, information technology, travel and e-commerce industries, Zhongguancun Digital Culture Industry Alliance is a non-profit organization operating under the management committee of Zhongguancun.

中关村数字文化产业联盟是一家由来自文化、信息技术、旅游、电子商务产业的多家机构和组织于2015年联合创办的非盈利组织，隶属于中关村管委会。

Situated in Haidian District in Beijing, Zhongcuancun is known as the Silicon Valley of China and is also one of the top innovation hubs in the world. Home to 20,000 High-Tech companies, from search engine operator Baidu to smartphone maker Xiaomi, Zhongguancun hosts more than 40 universities and produces about 50 startups per day.

位于北京海淀区的中关村被称作中国硅谷，同时也是世界顶级的创新中心。20000家高新技术企业坐落于此，从搜索引擎百度到智能手机小米。同时，中关村还是40余所高校的聚集地，每天有大约50家初创公司在此宣布成立。

According to the MoU, the two parties agree to work together to promote smart cities solutions and foster the development of startups across Europe and China, jointly build digital science parks and support mutual investments and cooperation between European and Chinese businesses.

根据备忘录，双方同意共同推动中欧智慧城市方案并扶植双方初创公司发展、联合建立数字科学产业园、以及支持中欧商业项目的相互投资与合作。

ChinaEU will work together with the Alliance and the Haidian District Committee in the organization of the first Zhongguancun Digital Culture Festival, which will take place between September and October this year, with the direction of the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Culture and China Federation of Returned Overseas, and in particular, to promote the event internationally.

此外，中欧数字协将全力支持第一届中关村数字文化节。该文化节是在网信办、科技部、文化部和中国侨联指导下，由联盟与海淀区委员会承办，于今年九月或十月举行。根据备忘录，中欧数字协会还将协助推动该文化节走向国际。
