新华网北京８月３日电（记者 罗宇凡）中国互联网发展基金会３日在北京正式挂牌，这是中国、同时也是全球范围内第一家互联网领域公募基金会。 中国互联网发展基金会是经中国国务院批准，民政部登记注册，由国家互联网信息办公室主管，并具有独立法人地位的全国性公募基金会。 中国互联网发展基金会理事长马利表示：“‘让互联网发展成果惠及１３亿中国人民’是基金会的宗旨，也是基金会成立的出发点和落脚点。基金会重视开展网络公益活动，吸引网民广泛参与，希望并努力争取让公益正能量传遍网络的每个空间，弥漫在网络每个角落。” 据了解，中国互联网发展基金会将主要通过整合社会资源、调动社会力量、运用网络传播规律激发正能量，弘扬社会主义核心价值观，致力于开展以下四个方面工作：支持中国互联网事业健康发展，使网络空间清朗起来；促进社会主义核心价值体系传播，维护国家网络安全和社会稳定；积极培育中国互联网人才资源，提升中国互联网国际话语权；关注并参与互联网相关的公益活动。 据了解，中国互联网发展基金会还将深化国际合作，共同构建和平、安全、开放、合作的网络空间，推动建立多边、民主、透明的国际互联网治理体系。 据中国互联网发展基金会秘书长秦昌桂介绍，基金会主要的业务范围包括：募集资金、专项资助；支持社会组织、单位和个人参与网络空间治理；国际交流与合作；专业培训等。
