凤凰财经讯2月6日消息,据路透社报道,欧盟将邀请通讯设备制造商中兴、中国银行[-0.25% 资金 研报]等中国企业参与其3150亿欧元(约合3600亿美元)投资计划以振兴欧洲停滞不前的经济。 欧盟委员会高级官员本周与包括芬兰手游开发商Rovio公司和中国移动在内的欧洲和中国企业的高管们会面,探讨在高科技和电信部门的深入合作。 该委员会的投资计划旨在在不增加已处于高水平的公债的前提下吸引私人资金改善交通、电信和数字部门的基础设施。 周四会议组织方——中欧信息通讯技术协会在一份公开声明中表示,会谈双方已经同意鼓励中国企业通过创办合资企业、建立公共机构和私企之间合作关系等方式来投资欧洲数字基础设施建设。 消息人士称,中国银行、中国移动和美银美林银行的代表也参加了此次会议。据悉,这些企业的高管们还分别与欧盟外交政策负责人摩格赫莉尼、负责就业和经济发展的卡泰恩以及监督数字单一市场建立的安西普会面。 由容克尔领导的新欧盟委员会于去年11月公布了一份野心勃勃的计划,该计划试图使欧盟和欧洲投资银行现有的210亿欧元基金通过项目融资的方式增加至3150亿欧元。 参会者同意在下一次中欧信息通讯技术协会峰会召开前达成在“开发新一代移动技术——5G”领域的合作,5G技术将能使播放时长为1个小时的视频在六秒内下载完成。 20世纪90年代,欧洲曾经是GSM技术领域的领头羊,然而现在它在4G推广上已然落后于美国、日本和韩国。中欧信息通讯技术协会称:“中国和欧盟应该合作,利用科技和市场力量在未来全球5G移动市场获得重要的战略性席位。” 据了解,欧盟委员会已经与韩国合作开发5G技术,并为5G的推广制定了时间表。某参会人员称,中国也有望和欧盟在开发5G技术领域建立相似的合作关系。(双刀/编译)
